摘要
新课改倡导培养学生自主、合作、探究的精神,在课堂教学中如何开展有效的合作学习已成为广大教师必须重点研究的课题,我校于2004年6月起开展"分层教学——小组合作学习"的课堂教学模式实践研究,本文作者结合初中数学课堂教学与相关教育学原理、教育心理学等,谈谈如何提高小组合作学习的实效性,旨在抛砖引玉,期望得到同行的指正。
