摘要
试验取180日龄罗曼褐壳蛋鸡168羽,随机分为2组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加1.5%蜂花粉,于212日龄每组随机取鸡蛋30枚,测定平均蛋重、蛋壳厚度、蛋形指数、蛋黄的色泽,鸡蛋的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、胆固醇及部分微量元素的含量,研究蜂花粉对蛋品质的影响。结果:试验组蛋壳厚度增厚9.22%(P<0.01),蛋黄重量提高6.89%(P<0.05);蛋黄的色度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),胆固醇含量降低29.18%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。微量元素含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果显示:蜂花粉可改善蛋品质。
A total of 168 180 -day -old Roman Brown layers were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was fed on the basic diet, and the experiment group supplemented 1.5% bee pollen. 30 eggs were selected randomly at 212d of each group,the average egg weight, eggshell thickness, egg - shaped index, egg yolk chromaticity ,the content of crude protein, crude fat, cholesterol and trace elements were measured to study the effects of bee pollen on egg quality of layers. The results were as follows: compared with experiment group, thickness of eggs increased by 9.22% ( p 〈 0.01 ). The weight of egg yolk increased by 6.89% ( p 〈 0.05). The yolk's color of experiment groups increased higher than control groups ( p 〈 0.05 ), but the content of cholesterol was reduced by 29.18% ,extremely significantly ( p 〈0.01 ). The content of trace elements were not significant from that of control groups. The results showed that the bee pollen could improve egg quality.
