赴俄罗斯人员毒品检测方法初探

Discussion on Drug Detection among Entry-exit Travellers to Russia

〔目的〕分析在赴俄罗斯出国人员毒品检测过程中出现假阳性的原因,为提高检测结果的准确性提供建议。〔方法〕应用药物滥用多联检测试剂(胶体金法)(安非他命、可卡因、吗啡、大麻、氯胺酮、美沙酮)对89名赴俄罗斯人员进行毒品检测。〔结果〕89人中有6人第1次尿液标本检测美沙酮为阳性,2人吗啡检测结果为阳性。经调查,2项第1次检测阳性者,他们在体检前3d内有的服用感冒或止咳镇痛类药物,有的吃过火锅和烧烤。停止服用上述药物和食用上述食品后再次检测,二者均为阴性。〔结论〕服用治疗感冒、止咳、镇痛类药物,食用火锅、烧烤等食物能部分引起尿检时美沙酮、吗啡阳性。

Objective To study the false positive reasons of drug detection, and to provide reasonable suggestion for accurate detection. Method Multi-drug test device （AMP,COC,KAN,MET,OPI,THC） was employed to detect drug among entry-exit travellers to Russia. Result 8 subjects out of 89 were drug abuse, 6 cases with Methadone and 2 cases with Morphine, After investgating and consultating, they took medicine for havinga cold, a cough and acesodyne, and someone had Chinese chaffing dish and barbecue. If they didn＇t take these medicine and food, the detection rate of Mehtadone and morphine were negative. Conclusion Taking medicine of coldrex, cough remedy, analgesic,having chaffing dish and barbecue, it cause the positive of urine detection. Methadone and Morphine detection result positive,
