摘要
目的探讨脑出血患者中性粒细胞(polymorphonuclear neutrophil,PMN)表面粘附分子(CD11b)的表达量及其临床意义。方法用流式细胞术,以单克隆抗体为分子探针,对42例脑出血患者和20例健康对照者外周血中性粒细胞黏附分子CD11b的表达量进行检测(以平均荧光强度MFI来表示),观察脑出血患者72h内和第7天的CD11bMFI,并与健康人作对照。结果患者组72h内CD11b的表达量高于正常对照组(P<0.05);脑出血患者第7天CD11b的表达量较第3天为低(P<0.05),与正常对照组比较无差别(P>0.05)。神经功能缺损程度严重者,CD11b表达量多(r=0.35,P<0.05)。结论脑出血患者发病时,应激引起机体炎症反应系统活化;CD11b的表达量与脑出血的严重程度相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of adhesion molecules on polymorphonuclear neutrophil and its clinical implication in patients with cerebral hemorhage. Methods Forty-two never treated CI subjects have been selected to the study,twenty heahhy subjects were studied as control groups.Using immunofluoresccncc phenotyping and flowcytometry,the expression of neutrophil adhesion molecule CDllb in peripheral blood was measured within 72 hours after onset of cerebral hemorrhage and on day 7 after ictus in patients and controls. Results CD11b immunofluorescence intensity of patients was significantly increased within 72 hours,compared with the control group (P〈0.05).CD11b measurement on day 7 after onset of infarction revealed a comparable value as found in the control group(P〉0.05).MFI of patients CD11b increased with in creasing severity degree of dysneuria. Conclusions The stress activate the inflammatory reaction when hamorhage and hamorhagc is closely related to the severity degree.
