眼外伤400例临床研究

A clinical analysis on 400 patients with eye injuries

目的分析导致眼外伤的各种相关因素,探讨眼外伤防治的方法和意义。方法通过对本院近10年来400例眼外伤患者的性别、年龄、职业、致伤原因、外伤种类、受伤部位及致盲率等因素进行临床分析。结果男女比4.4:1,以青壮年从事体力劳动者为主,眼球穿通伤多见,致盲率达57.5%。结论眼外伤成为致盲主要眼科疾病之一,该分析对眼外伤的预防有重要意义。

Objective To find the methods of preventing eye injuries by analying the relative factors of the injury. Methods Analyzed data on 400 patienls with eye injuries （438 eyes） factors of sex, age, professions, cause, location of injury and blinding rate and so on. Results The male to female ratio was 4.4 to 1. The injury of which corneal perforation were the most, were mainly happened in young manual laborers. Injuries resulted in blindness in 252 patient（57.5%）. Conclusion Ocular injuries is one of main causes of blindness. The analysis show that the prevention of serious eye injures is very important.
