摘要
研究一种工作频率为2.45 GHz、对外来振动信号实现频率调制的反射型介质谐振器。此反射型介质谐振器通过在距矩形介质谐振器上端面一定距离处加载一金属膜片来实现,并利用雷达散射截面(RCS)来检测介质谐振器在实现频率调制过程中谐振频率的偏移。从理论上分析了膜片向谐振器平移对谐振器谐振频率的影响,建立了相同频率偏移条件下膜片平移与膜片弹性应变的相对关系,为分析膜片弹性应变提供了依据。
A reflective dielectric resonator operating at 2.45 GHz is researched. It can perform frequency modulation for incident vibrated signal. The reflective dielectric resonator is implemented through loading a piece of thin metal at the top face of a rectangular dielectric resonator. The radar cross section (RCS) is also used to detect resonant frequency shift in the process of frequency modulation. The influence of resonant frequency by the metal membrane translation to dielectric resonator is next analyzed theoretically. The relation between metal membrane translation and elastic strain is established. This research provided a basis for estimating the elastic strain metal membrane,
