摘要 说明了锁相环频率合成器的工作原理,介绍了Si4133双波段射频合成芯片与一般的通用频率合成芯片各自的特点,并将二者在物理特性和使用复杂度等方面进行了对比。最后,文章给出了Si4133在一个接收机系统中应用的实例。以该芯片设计的本振电路运行稳定可靠,相位噪声低,证明了其在接收机前端设计中的有效性。 This paper analyses the fundament of the Phase Lock Loop (PLL) Frequency Synthesizer, introduces the characteristics of the Si4133 dual - band RF synthesizer and the general PLL frequency Synthesizer respectively, and then compares them in physical specialties and the complexity when used. At last, this paper provides a practical example of Si4133 in a receiver system, in which the LO circuits based on Si4133 has low phase noise, runs steadily and reliably. From the example, the feasibility of this chip in the receiver RF- Front design is proved.
