通过考察盐酸非那嗪奈注射液的性状、色泽、pH、含量及有关物质,得到优选处方。本品在室温避光放置18个月,各项质量指标均在合格范围内。与生理盐水或5%葡萄糖注射液配伍,24h内稳定性较好。

The formulation of fenazinel dihydrochloride injection was optimized with appearance, color, pH, drug content and related substances as the indexes. The prepared product was stable when stored at room temperature in a light-resistant container for 18 months or mixed with 0.9 % sodium chloride injection or 5 % glucose injection within 24h.
