摘要 建立了HPLC法测定福多司坦颗粒含量和有关物质。用C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.05mol/L戊烷磺酸钠溶液(pH2.0)(10∶90)为流动相,检测波长205nm。福多司坦在60~300μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,方法平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.40%。 A HPLC method was established for the determination of fudosteine granules and its related substances. A C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol-0.05mol/L sodium pentane sulfonate solution (pH 2.0) (10 : 90), at the detection wavelength of 205nm. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 60-300μg/ml. The average recovery was 99.7 % with RSD of 0.40 %.
