摘要 针对目前纸机干燥部的不足之处,提出了一种新型热泵供热系统的设计思路。对悬臂式虹吸管的结构、工作原理以及性能特点进行了分析研究,同时也对蒸汽喷射式热泵进行了分析研究,并对悬臂式虹吸管在热泵系统中的应用作了详细介绍。悬臂式虹吸管与热泵系统的有机结合,对于提高纸机效率,解决烘缸积水等问题,减少能量的损耗存在重要作用。 Aiming at the deficiency of the desiccation part of paper machine at present, a new design concept of heat supplying system is put forward in this paper. It researches the cantilever siphon about its structure, working theory and the performance. At the same time, it also researches the steam - ejecting heat pump and gives a detailed presentation of the application of cantilever siphon in the heat pump system. The organic combination of the heat pump system and the cantilever siphon is propitious to improving the efficiency of paper machine, solving the seeper problem of the desiccation cylinder and reducing the energy waste.
