摘要
文章通过甲基咪唑与溴代正丁烷反应合成1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑类离子液,探索了普通加热方法与微波加热法在离子液合成上的差异,并通过改变温度、原料配比、反应时间寻找最佳的微波反应条件,得到微波照射功率100 W,温度50°C,原料配比n溴代丁烷:n甲基咪唑=1∶0.9,反应时间10m in时转化率为93.24%。
This paper explores the difference between general heating method and microwave heating method through the experiment of synthesis of 1 - methyl - 3 - butyl imidazolium ionic liquids by reaction of methylimidazole and n - butyl bromide. In order to gain the optimal microwaving reaction condition, the temperature, reactant proportion and reaction time are changed respectively and finally the result is obtained that under the condition that the irradiation power of microwave is 100W, the temperature is 50℃, the proportion of n - butyl bromideto methylimidazole is 1 : 0."9, the reaction time is 10 minutes, the yield was 93. 24%.
