摘要
通过分析3例外耳道原发性腺样囊性癌的临床表现,探讨了外耳道原发性腺样囊性癌的诊断和治疗。结果表明,外耳道原发性腺样囊性癌早期诊断困难,术后局部易复发,治疗主要采用手术切除辅以放疗,术后应长期随访。
The diagnosis and treatment of adenoid cystic carcinoma of external auditory canal is explored in this paper, through a retrospective case analysis of the clinical manifestation of 3 patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma of external auditory canal. And the results show that the early diagnosis of adenoid cystic carcinoma of external auditory canal is difficult, patients have a high tendency for recurrence after operation, and they could be treated mainly by surgery and radiotherapy, and a long follow - up period of visit would be necessary.
