摘要
蛋白质组学(包括表达蛋白质组学和功能蛋白质组学)作为功能基因组学的一个分支在药物研发过程中起着极其重要的作用,而药物蛋白质组学的发展依赖于其技术的不断更新.论述了药物蛋白质组学技术在不同领域的应用进展,从一个崭新的角度展现了药物蛋白质组学发展的巨大潜力.
Proteomics which includes expresing proteomics and functional proteomics plays a vital role in drug development as a branch of functional genomics and phannacoproteomics is being improved by the renovation of proteomics technology. This paper reveals the great development potential of pharmacoproteomics from a brand-new aspect, based on the advance and application of pharmacopmteomics technologies in different foreign fields.
