摘要
以葛根芩连汤为研究对象,其中葛根、黄芩、甘草与黄连配伍时,易产生沉淀,黄连中的小檗碱含量降低,药效下降.采用小檗碱/β-环糊精包合物与葛根、黄芩、甘草配伍,配伍后的沉淀明显减少,并通过对大肠杆菌的抑菌实验表明,小檗碱/β-环糊精包合物参与配伍后抑菌效果明显提高.
In this experiment Gegen Qinlian Decoetion was studied. The findings show that, the compatibility of Radix Puerarise, Radix Seutellariae, Radix Glyeyrrhizae and Rhizoma Coptidis is easy to produce precipitation, Berberine of Rhizoma Coptidis is reduced with reduction for the medical efficacy. In this experiment, it used Beberine/β-Cyclodextrin inclusion compound, Radix Puerarise, Radix Seutellariae and Radix Glyeyrrhizae, after the compatibility, the procipitate is obviously reduced. And through Escherichia coli method of inhibition experiments, the results show that with the use of Beberine/β-Cyclodextrin inclusion compound inhibition efficacy is obviously improved.
