摘要
上海拥有1000多万辆非机动车,非机动车的种类已经扩展到自行车、人力三轮车、电动自行车、燃气助动车和残疾人专用车5种,非机动车已经成为影响上海交通的主要因素。通过计算机系统对非机动车进行管理,无疑是较为有效的办法,事实上也确实提高了对非机动车的管理效率。
There are about ten thousands of bicycles in Shanghai. The bicycle includes bicycle,tricycle,electric-bicycle,etc. It has already become main factor that affects the transportation of Shanghai. Manage bicycles by computer system is a valid method. In fact it also really raised to the management efficiency of the bicycle.
