健阳片制备工艺的改进

Improve the preparation technology of Jianyang Tablets

目的对健阳片制备工艺进行改进,确保健阳片的生产质量。方法采用60%的糖浆与蜈蚣粉制粒,以降低蜈蚣粉的弹性,改善其可压性;采用聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅳ号、PEG-6000和滑石粉制成的混浆液作隔离层包糖衣,阻止健阳片油脂类成份外渗。结果改进后的处方工艺能较好解决健阳片难压片和包衣问题。结论改进后的处方合理,工艺可行。

OBJECTIVE To improve the preparation technology of Jianyang Tablets, and ensure the quality of the drug. METHODS To improve the compressible of centipede powder,60% syrup and centipede powder mixed together to granulate. Acrylic acid resin Ⅳ ,PEG-6000 and talc powder were taken as isolation layer to prevent fat components of centipede oozing out. RESULTS The improvement of the prescription and preparation techniques of Jianyang Tablets can solve the condensing and sugarcoating of Jiangyang Tablets well. CONCLUSION The formula was reasonable and the technology of Jianyang Tablets was feasible.
