DPN患者血清同型半胱氨酸、叶酸与维生素B_(12)的关系

Analysis of the Relationship between Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy and Hcy,Folic Acid,VitB12

目的:了解糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)有关的危险因素。方法:2型糖尿病(2-DM)患者312例,按有无并发周围神经病变分为无神经病变组(NDPN组)及有神经病变组(DPN组),对2组患者年龄、病程、血压、血糖、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸、维生素B12、血脂等相关因素进行单因素及Logistic多因素回归分析。结果:Logistic多因素回归分析显示DPN与Hcy、空腹血糖(FBG)密切相关;Hcy与叶酸、维生素B12负相关。结论:在众多与DPN相关因素中Hcy、FBG是相对独立危险因素,积极控制相关危险因素,可延缓DPN的发生及发展。

objective： To analyze the risk factors related to diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods： 312 cases of type 2 diabetic mellitus （DM） were divided into non-DPN group and DPN group. The age, diabetic duration, blood pressure （BP）, blood glucose （BG）, HbA1c, Hcy, folio acid, VitB12 and lipid were analyzed by single factor analysis of variance and Logistic muhiple factor regression analysis. Results： Logistic regression analysis revealed that Hcy and fasting BG were closely related with DPN.Hcy was negatively correlated with folic acid and VitB12. Conclusion： In many risk factors related to DPN, Hey and fasting BG are the dependent risk factors.
