摘要
苏丹六区油田减黏裂化装置以苏丹六区稠油为原料油,其性质为低硫、高密度、高黏度、高酸值、高金属含量的重质原油,经过减黏裂化,原油黏度可达到管道外输标准。由于设计选用了合适的抗腐蚀材料,装置高温部位没有发现环烷酸腐蚀和硫腐蚀。但减黏分馏塔塔顶及其冷凝系统出现H_2S-HCl-H_2O型严重腐蚀。经调整电脱盐操作和选用新型中和缓蚀剂等措施,塔顶冷凝系统腐蚀得到有效控制。
The feedstock of visbreaking unit of Sudan Block 6 Oil Held is Fula viscous crude with low sulfur, high density, high viscosity, high TAN, and high metal content. After visbreaking & cracking reaction, crude viscosity can meet specifications for pipeline transportation. As proper corrosion inhibitor is selected in the design, there are no naphthenic acid corrosion and sulfur corrosion in unit high temperature area. But there are serious Hz S - HCI - H2O corrosion problems in fracfionator column overhead system. After adjustment of desalter operation and application of new type of neutralizer and inhibitor, the corrosion in fractionator' s overhead system has been brought under control.
