Application of PCM in Inspection of Long-distance Pipelines

长输管道腐蚀绝大部分为外部腐蚀,因此如何准确检测和评价外防腐蚀层的状况,是保证管道安全运行的第一道防线。文章介绍了多频管中电流法(PCM)对防腐蚀层进行定量检测的原理和检测步骤,并给出具体的应用结果。结合开挖验证,证明多频管中电流法(PCM)可以定量检测防护层缺陷。

The long- distance pipeline corrosion is mainly external corrosion. Therefore, it is very important to accurately inspect and evaluate the corrosion protection performance of external protection coatings for the reliable safe operation of the pipelines. The inspection principles of PCM for corrosion protection coatings and inspection procedures are described and application results are presented. The excavation confirms that PCM can effectively inspect coatings＇ defects.
