摘要 对血液中的铁、铜、镁与钙的测定方法已经是比较成熟[1、2],但其快速测定,往往比较复杂[3、4]。本文主要阐述了用原子发射光谱法对血液中铁、铜、镁和钙的一种简便、快速的测定方法,基体选用碳粉,干扰少,并能达到消除基体干扰。缓冲液选用5%的NH4I与Na2SO4混和液,可以取得较好效果,抑制铜、铁、镁和钙等元素的蒸发。其优点是样品用量少,结果准确可靠。 A kind of simple and fast measurement method on iron, copper magnesium and calcinum was exploited by Atomic Emission Spectrometry. The powdery carbon was chosen as the basal body for little interference. The basal body's interference could be eliminated. Using 5 % NH41 and Na2SO4 mixed solution to buffer solution better effictiveness could be abtained and the element's evaporation of copper, iron, magnesium and calcinum was decreased. The advantage of this method was that the sample amount was little and the result was accurate and credilole.
