论南岭地区和湘漓流域在“泛珠三角”的经济合作——关于建立南岭湘漓次区域经济合作区的构想

Regional Economic Cooperation between Nanling District and Xiang,Li River Valley in PAN-PRD

南岭湘漓是湘、桂、黔、粤、赣五个省区的结合部。在这个地区推动省区之间的区域经济合作有许多积极的意义。要完善"泛珠三角"经济合作,就应该推动南岭湘漓建设"南岭湘漓次区域经济区"。南岭湘漓应该将自身的优势整合起来,形成整合的竞争力,打造一个具有南岭湘漓特色的经济合作发展模式,促进南岭湘漓地区经济、社会、文化、生态的和谐发展。

Nanling district and Xiang, Li river valley is the joint among Hunan, Guangxi, Guizhou, Guangdong and Jiangxi. It has active significance to promote regional economic cooperation among the provinces. To improve PAN-PRD economic cooperation, it should promote to set up a ＂sub-regional economic zone of Nanling, Xiang, Li district＂. The district should reorganize its superiorities into united competitiveness and set up a special developing mode of economic cooperation to promote the harmonious development of the district in economy, society, culture and ecology.
