社会实践越来越证明现代组织、个人的工作绩效不仅取决于其专业能力的高低,更重要的是取决于其心理素质的优劣。各级公务员必须自觉培养健康的心理意识,正确认识自我,调整自我期望,实现自我超越,提高情商水平,调适不良情绪,保持良好心境,提升人际交往能力,提高承挫和适应环境的能力,不断提升自我心理调试能力,完善自己的个性,提高行政绩政,树立良好的政府形象,推动我国社会和谐发展。
More and more practice has proved that performance of organization or individual not only depends on professional skill, but more depends on psychology adjusting ability.
