摘要
基于ANSYS10.0软件平台,对DF11G型机车的前传动系统进行了整体建模,对系统各个设备及安装座进行模态分析和谐响应分析,确定原结构的固有频率及振型;针对分析结果,提出提高系统座板刚度的措施,并进行有限元计算,验证其改进结果。最后,对改进方案进行装车考核试验,证明改进方案的合理性与可靠性。
Finite element model of the whole front driving system of the type DF11G locomotive based on ANSYS is built. The modal analysis and harmonious analysis of the equipments and their seats is performed. Based on the calculation results, the advanced method to improve the rigidity of the tie plate of seats is proposed, and is validated by the finite element analysis. Finally, the method is applied to the locomotive and is tested.
