摘要 以"海洋111号"浮式生产储油船为研究对象,通过现场测量方法,探讨该浮式生产储油船舱室和工作环境空气噪声分布与传播机理。通过对船上主要动力机械与设备噪声源统计分析,结合声压频谱测量分析,揭示舱室空气噪声分布规律。研究表明,浮式生产储油船舱室噪声主要来源于空调通风系统,工作环境噪声主要来源于发电机组和热介质锅炉等。噪声源具有频谱较宽,能量大的特点。在共振传播和强迫传播这两种声辐射机理中,共振传播是其主要形式,指出传播路径。这一发现为FPSO船舶声学设计提供指导,满足国内船舶设计部门的迫切需要。 Experimental studies on the shipboard airborne noise transmission mechanism in floating production storage and offloading system (FPSO) units are presented. A FPSO named "Haiyang 111 " was taken as an example, the spectra of main mechanic devices and hydro machines are analyzed. Noise in typical cabins and the working environment are measured on site. The noise transmission path is identified by spectra analysis. It showed that the shipboard airborne noise in cabins is caused by air conditioning and ventilating machines, and noise in the working environment is caused by generators and hot medium boilers. Sound powers for main noise sources distribute on wide frequency domain with high amplitude. The transmission mechanism for shipboard airborne noise on cabins is resonant transmission. The conclusions derived from the experiment can guide the noise reduction design for FPSO efficiently.
