通过对虚拟图书馆的内涵解读,阐述了虚拟图书馆的属性特征,提出了虚拟图书馆建设的内容和对策,目的是为了促进虚拟图书馆向着又好又快的方向发展。
By unscrambling the meaning of the virtual library, this paper sets forth the attribute and put forward the construction contents and strategy, which is to accelerate its development well and rapidly.
