The paper analyzes the main facts of enterprise electronic commerce from the electronic commercial business process view. Then,it analyzes the environment of building a electronic commerce system on an evolved basic frame of electronic commercial system. Finally,it offers a core frame of electronic commerce application system and the key points of it.
