摘要
研究主要制造特性(齿轮的齿向误差、位置误差)对整个微小型机构工作的影响.将参数化建模和有限元分析方法相结合,以Pro/E和ANSYS软件为工具,结合VC及SQL server,建立了基于制造特性的集成仿真平台,并应用该平台得到了以上两误差的极限值.该平台的建立有效地提高了计算精度和效率,实现了微小型零件的一体化设计.
Studies the main influence of manufacturing characteristics(site error and longitudinal form error of gears) on the whole microminature mechanism. Combining the dimension driven modeling method and FEM, the integral simulation platform of the microminiature mechanical system based on manufacturing characteristics is established with the Pro/E, ANSYS, VC, and SQL server. Moreover, the extremum of two errors are obtained with the platform. Because of the establishment of the platform, the computational accuracy and efficiency are improved effectively so as to put the integral designing into effect.
