摘要
研究氮肥对新麦草穗颈的解剖性状影响,结果表明:(1)增施氮肥能够增加新麦草穗颈维管束的面积、韧皮部的面积,并且随着施氮量增加而增大,但茎壁/横切面积、维管束总面积/茎壁面积与施氮量无关;施用氮肥能增加韧皮部在维管束的比例。(2)新麦草种子千粒重与穗颈维管束横切面积呈极显著正相(r=0.949 3**);小花/小穗因子与韧皮部面积、导管面积也呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.9877**、0.9975**;种子数/小穗因子与韧皮部面积、导管面积呈显著相关,相关系数分别为0.8421*、0.8919*。
The effeet of nitrogen applieation on the morphologieal strueture of paniele neek of Psathy- rostaehys juncea was studied. The results show that: ( 1 ) Nitrogen ean improve the area of vaseular bundle and phloem of stem,whieh will inerease with the inerease of nitrogen ,but the nitrogen does not affeet the area of stem/total area,area of vaseular bundle/area stem of stem. Nitrogen ean improve the area of phloem/area of vaseular bundle. (2) The 1000 seed weight was in signifieant eorrelation with area of vaseular bundle ( r = 0. 949^** (3)and the florets/spikelet signifieantly eorrelated with the area of phloem and area of duet, the r is 0.987 7^** ,0.997 5^** respeetively. The number/spikelet is signifieantly eorrelated with the area of phloem and the area of duet, the r is 0.842 1^** ,0.891 9^** respeetively.
