林木精油对几种植物病原菌抑制作用的初步研究

Preliminary Studies on Inhibition of Essential Oil from Trees on Some Phytopathogens

以白叶枯病菌、大豆炭疽菌、白绢菌、轮枝菌、红麻灰霉、根串珠霉、镰刀菌、葡萄孢菌、链格孢菌为供试菌种,对巨尾桉叶、细叶桉叶、马尾松针和杉木心材提取的精油进行抑菌活性筛选,并进行活性跟踪试验。结果表明,不同精油对几种供试菌表现出不同的抑制作用,原精油的抑菌效果高于各分离部,精油各成分对不同供试菌可能存在一定的协同作用。

The antimicrobial activity of essential oils derived from Eucalyptus grandis × E. urophylla, E. tereticornis, Pinus massoniana, Cunninghamia lanceolata were tested with Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, Glomerella glycines , Sclerotium rolfsii , Verticilliu dahliae Kleb , Sclerotinia sp , Thielaviopsis paradoxa , Fusarium sp,Botrytis cinerea and Alternaria tenuis. The experiments of bioactivity track mensuration for guidance were also conducted. The results showed that the inhibition of different essential oils on different tested fungi were different. The inhibition of Proto - essential oisl was better than that of each fractions, there existed definite cooperations between each components in essential oil to different tested fungi.
