摘要
当龙牙百合鳞茎在58℃下处理10-20min,再在40℃下处理72h;茎尖大小为0.2~0.4mm时的诱导成活率达60%~66.7%。继代增殖培养基为MS+1.0mg/LBA+0.1mg/LNAA时,其增殖系数是3.36。培养基中4.5%~5.5%的食用糖和60d的培养时间利于鳞茎数量和质量的增加。移栽后的小鳞茎培育8个月可达鲜重22g/个以上的脱毒种球。
Longya lilium bullets were first treated at 58 %: for 10 - 20 minutes then at 38 ℃ for 72 h. The survival ratio with shoot - tip of 0.2 - 0.4 mm was 60.0%- 66.7%. The reprogactiving coefficient of bulb was 3.36 when a medium for continual culture was MS + 1.0 mg/L BA +0.1 mg/L NAA. The quantity and quality of bullet would be increased with a media added with 4.5% - 5.5% sugar and cultured for 60 days. Each transplanted bulb could become virus - free bullet which weighed more than 22 g after 8 months' cultivation.
