持续低温胁迫对红叶石楠抗寒生理生化特性的影响 被引量:20

摘要 研究低温胁迫(温度和胁迫处理时间)对1 a生红叶石楠优良品种鲁宾斯(Photinia glabra var.Rubens)盆栽扦插苗叶片组织生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,低温胁迫导致红叶石楠叶片组织叶绿素含量、质膜相对透性、SOD酶活性、脯氨酸含量均发生明显的变化。随着胁迫温度降低和胁迫时间的延长,叶绿素含量减少,细胞相对质膜透性增大,脯氨酸含量增加;SOD酶活性在-5℃、-10℃处理条件下随着处理时间延长先升后降,-15℃处理SOD酶活性随时间延长逐渐降低且均小于对照。-5℃处理条件下,不同处理时间叶绿素含量、质膜相对透性、SOD酶活性和脯氨酸含量与对照(T0)差异不显著;-10℃处理条件下,叶绿素含量、质膜透性和脯氨酸含量胁迫处理24 h达到显著性水平,SOD酶活性胁迫处理48 h时达到显著。 Effects of low temperature press grades of 0 ℃, -5 ℃, - 10 ℃ and - 15 ℃ and low temperature stress durative grades of 0 h, 24 h, 48 hand 72 h on physiological and biochemical characteristics of one year old potted Photinia glabra vat. Rubens seedlings were studied. The results showed that durative low temperature caused significant changes in contents of chlorophyll and relative plasmalemma permeability ( RPP), the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and free proline (Pro) . RPP increased obviously as temperature degraded and temperature duration prolonged. The contents of chlorophyll decreased, with increased RPP and Pro, the activity of SOD in leaves raised/irst and then dropped in the duration of - 5 ℃ and - 10 ℃, and decreased continuously in the duration of - 15 ℃ ; there is no significant difference of cineraia under slight stress of - 5 ℃ and the declining tendency was less distinctive. Contents of chlorophyll, RPP and Pro in 24 h and the activity of SOD changed greatly at - 10 ℃ in stress duration of 48 11. Cluster analysis and correlation a- nalysis between physiological and biochemical characteristics indexes, RPP and the activity of SOD can be used as indexes to appraise the ability of durative low temperature stress resistant for Photinia glabra var. Rubens.
