微波辅助法提取青钱柳叶总黄酮工艺研究

A Study on Microwave-aided Extraction Technology for the Total Flavonoids from Cyclocaraya paliurus Iljinsk Leaves

主要研究了微波辅助提取法对青钱柳叶总黄酮的提取,考察了溶剂浓度、提取温度、料液比、提取时间等单因素对青钱柳叶总黄酮提取得率的影响。在单因素实验基础上通过正交实验优选出最佳的微波提取条件为:料液比为1∶14,φ=40%的乙醇,功率为2100 W,提取时间为25 min。在此条件下青钱柳叶总黄酮的提取得率为5.60%。

The conclitions for microwave - aided extraction of total flavonoids from Cyclocarya paliurus leaves were studied by orthorhombic experiment on the basis of simple factor experiment. The optimum micro- wave -aided extraction conditions were： 40 % ethanol as the solvent, a material/solvent ratio of 1：14,2 100 W of power,and 25 min of time. A 5.60 % yield of the extracted flavone was obtained under these conditions.
