摘要
分析了离子液体萃取脱硫机理以及离子液体的结构、硫化物类型、萃取温度、萃取时间、剂油比等因素对脱硫效果的影响规律,并对离子液体再生方式进行了比较。认为研究开发价格低廉、适于大规模工业化使用的离子液体、增大硫化物的萃取选择性、提高离子液体的再生利用率、完善工业化应用所必需的各种基础数据以及离子液体萃取脱硫技术与其它工艺的组合将是离子液体萃取脱硫技术今后发展的主要任务。
The recent research and application of ionic liquids (ILs) in extractive desulfurization (EDS) are summarized and discussed. The extraction mechanism and the effects on desulfurization rate of such factors as structures of ILs, sulfide types, temperature, extraction time, solvent-oil ratio are introduced respectively. Several probable regeneration methods of ILs are compared and the prospect of ILs in EDS is predicted. It is proposed that the prime task is to develop and synthesize ILs at a lower price, higher sulfide selectivity. In addition, it is essential to raise the recycling utilization ratio of ILs, develop combined desulfurization technologies, complete various basic data so as to accelerate industrial application of ILs.
