摘要 综述了几种芳香族硝基化合物好氧降解的微生物、降解途径以及主要酶,指出了应用代谢工程生物降解芳香族硝基化合物的研究方向和研究前景。 The degradation pathways,microorganism and primary enzyme of several important aromatic nitrogroup compounds are discussed. In the mean time, the trends and prospects to biodegrade aromatic nitro-group compounds with metabolic engineering are also advanced.
