生态环境保护的问题是当今世人最关心的一个问题。老子在《道德经》中所阐述的道法自然、和谐以及无为等思想,为实现人与自然的圆融无间、共生共荣提供了丰富的思想资源。这些思想对于增强今天人们的环保意识,拯救自然环境免遭人为破坏具有重要的启示作用。人与大自然只有和谐相处,才能追求双赢、多赢和人类社会的和谐发展。

Environmental Protection is undoubtedly an issue of common concern. The concept of natural rule, harmony and wuwei（no-action） brought forward by Lao Zi provides us with sufficient philosophical resources to achieve the harmony, co-existence and co-prosperity between human and nature. These concepts play an important role in enlightening us to enhance our awareness of environmental protection and save our nature from being destroyed by humans. Only man and nature live in hormony can we achieve the win-win or win-for-all and the harmony of society.
