摘要
贬谪流放文人在遭遇人生逆境的时候,为排遣苦闷、彷徨的心境,采用了寄情山水、超越自我,随缘自适、安土忘怀,著书立说、价值转移,参悟佛理、豁达乐观,呼朋引伴、诗文唱酬、寻求心灵慰藉等方法有效的使自己从厄运中摆脱出来,从而度过了人生中最黑暗、最痛苦地时光,重新使生命焕发出了勃勃生机和活力。
History Shows that in time of adversity, demoted and exiled scholars managed to devise various means to ease their sorrow and despair and to free themselves from all misfortunes. Their means of self-adjustment such as travelling, going beyond them selves, settling into certainplaces, writing, shifting their focus, studying Buddhist scriptures, meeting friends, remaining upbeat about life. sharing poems and seeking soul comfort helpedthem get through the darkest time in their life and brought back vitality to their life.
