摘要 采用有限元法,对某冷却器的矩形开孔部位在有补强和没有补强的2种结构下进行应力计算和强度分析,并在应力分析结果的基础上用线处理法对危险部位进行强度校核.同时对矩形开孔边应力分布规律和补强结构进行了讨论.结果表明:矩形开孔部位应力集中严重,需要给以补强. Using finite element method, the stress calculation and stress analysis for the location of the rectangle opening with two different configurations in The chiller were carried out. The straight line method of analysis was applied to check the critical location. The stress distribution law at rectangle opening and the structure of reinforcement were discussed. The results showed that stress concentration in the critical location was unacceptable and reinforcement was needed to satisfy acceptable stress levels.
