带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣植入治疗股骨颈骨折(附23例分析)

Treatment of femoral neck fracture by grating of bone flap of ilium with deep iliac cirumflex vascular:Analysis of 23 cases

目的探讨分析带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣植入治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法用带旋髂深血管蒂骨瓣移植加内固定治疗股骨颈骨折23例。结果17例随访，随访期1～3年优良率82．4％。结论带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣植入术治疗股骨颈骨折符合解剖生理要求，解决了因股骨颈骨折后股骨头供血障碍而导致的股骨头缺血性坏死问题，是一种较理想的手术治疗方法。

Objective To study the efficiency of the treatment of femoral neck fracture by grating of bone flap of ilium with deep iliac cirumflex vascula. Methods Bone flap of ilium with pedicle of deep iliac cirumflex vascula was implanted at femoral neck fracture of the patients. Results Seventeen cases were followed up for 1-3 years, and the excellent and good rate was 82.4%. Conclusion This method can augmern the blood supply of femoral head and reduce necrosis of femoral head so that it can be applied in the treatment of femoral neck fracture.
