摘要
通过研究不同催化剂对EA(环氧丙烯酸)合成的影响,提出了将性能较好的两种催化剂复配用于EA合成的概念,并研究了复配催化剂及用量对EA合成的影响。结果表明用于EA合成的催化剂用量为1.0%时,复合催化剂EA合成表现出良好的催化和产品性能。并通过环氧丙烯酸树脂和双羟基化合物反应,获得具有亲水性链段的水性环氧丙烯酸酯。研究了催化剂用量和反应温度对转化率的影响,确定了以混合催化剂的最佳反应条件。采用FT-IR红外光谱对所合成的数值进行了表征,表明获得利目的的产物,并研究其紫外光固化的性能。
Through studying the effect of different catalysts on synthesizing of epoxy acrylates(EA), the comcept that mixed catalyst of two kinds tertiary amine to synthesize EA was proposed, and the EA and its mass on the synthesis of EA were discussed. The results showed that the mass ration of composite catalyst to epoxy resin was 1.0 %, and this composite catalyst had good synergetic effect. The epoxy acrylates oligomer with hydrophilic links and end waterborne modified-epoxy acrylates resin was prepared. The effects of catalyst concentration, reaction temperature and time on the conversion were studied. The condition of reaction with mixed catalyst was confirmed. The structure of the synthesis resin was characterized by FT-IR, which indicates that object product was obtained. The characteristics of UV - curing were aslo studied.
