次亚磷酸钠为还原剂的玻璃、陶瓷表面化学镀 被引量:3

Electroless Plating of Porcelain and Glass Surface by Using Sodium Hypophosphite as Reductant

摘要 在普通平板玻璃和空心陶瓷基材表面沉积镍磷合金。对镀液成分及用量、温度、pH值、施镀时间等工艺参数用均匀设计进行组合筛选,获得可沉积光亮Ni-P镀层的中低温酸性玻璃基体Ni-P化学镀工艺:NiSO4·7H2O 30g·L^-1,NaH2PO2·H2O 22g·L,琥珀酸36g·L^-1,添加剂A2mg·L^-1,温度48℃~50℃,pH值5.8~6.0;对玻璃表面化学镀镍进行改进获得了空心陶瓷表面高温酸性NiP化学镀工艺:NiSO4·7H2O 29g·L,NaH2PO2·H2O 38g·L^-1,琥珀酸36g·L^-1,添加剂A2mg·L^-1;温度90±1℃,pH值5.5~6.0。玻璃表面镀层表面质量良好,光亮、平整,有较好结合力;有效沉积时间达到15min时,空心陶瓷表面镀层表面质量良好,与陶瓷表面有较好结合力。 Adjusting process parameters such as composition, temperature, pH and plating time, the improved technology processes of Ni-P plating on glass surface and porcelain granule were obtained respectively. Composition of the bath for glass was nickel sulfate 30 g/L, sodium hypophosphite 22 g/L, butadiene 50 g/L, additive A 2 mg/L, temperature 48-50 ℃ and the pH 5.8-6.0. Composition of the bath for porcelain granule was nickel sulfate 29 g/L, sodium hypophosphite 38 g/L, butadiene 50 g/L, additive A 2 mg/L, temperature 90 ± 1 ℃ and the pH 5.5-6.0. The results of the performance measurement showed that Ni-P deposit on glass surface had excellent brightness, neat and good adhesion. When the effective deposit time reached to 15 min, the amorphous Ni-P films on the porcelain grain had good suface station and adhesion.
