超声法提取促生长散中水溶性成分的研究

摘要 目的寻找在超声条件下从促生长散中提取水溶性成分的优化条件并进行含量测定。方法在单因素实验的基础上采取正交设计法,以超声时间、提取温度、固液比及提取次数为因素,每个因素3个水平,选择L9(34)正交表,用酸碱滴定法测定有机酸含量作为综合评价指标。结果该提取实验影响因素:为提取次数>提取时间>提取温度>固液比。结论最佳提取条件为:超声时间20min,超声温度45℃,固液比1∶10,提取次数3次。 Objective To optimize the extracting condition of water-soluble component from herbal medicine of promoted growth and determine the content of organic acid. Methods With the content of organic acid as the index, ultrasonic time, extracting temperature, ratio of solid and liquid and extracting times were screened by L9 (34) orthogonal test on the basis of single factor test. Results The effect factors of the extracting condition were as follows: extracting times〉extracting time〉extracting temperature〉ratio of solid and liquid. Conclusion The best extracting condition was that ultrasonic time of 20 min, temperature of 45℃, ratio of solid and liquid of 1 : 10, and extracting 3 times.
