粉喷桩处理软土路基的设计与施工技术探讨

Discussion on the Construction Technique of Cement Injection Pile in Soft Soil Foundation Treatment

粉喷桩作为一种新型的软土处理方法,在国外已得到了广泛的应用,近年来在国内也进入了推广和普及阶段。文中通过对云浮市河杨公路软土路基进行软土特征分析,并根据软土的物理力学性质,提出采用水泥粉喷桩进行软土路基处治的设计方案及施工控制要点,应用该方法能使原来松散的土粒胶结成一整体,形成一个结构新、强度大、防水性能高和化学稳定性良好的柱状结石体,从而提高了软土本身的承载力。

Cement injection pile in soft soil foundation treatment is used widely in foreign cotmtries, in recent years, this technique has become more and more popularized in china. After analyzing the characteristics of soft soil foundation in HeYang highway of YtmFu City,this paper puts forward the design method and construction control measures for the cement injection pile in soft soil foundation treatment according to the physical and mechanical characteristics of soft soil. Using this method can make the soil cement as a whole and the soil can be formed as column stone having new structure, better strength, good protection against ingress of water and nice chemical stability.
