Based on the vibration curves and the time domain formulae for low strain reflected wave method,and combined the field test results,the paper discusses the principle and the characteristics that when testing the segregation piles and the dissecting piles it＇ ll arise the deviation of the length of the piles for the wave speed, and makes them the base of the proof of the length of the piles.
