广东作为中国引进外资的第一大省,外资流入深刻地影响着我省的经济发展格局。文中分析了广东省服务业外商直接投资的发展历程和入世前后的发展特征,并对影响外商投资的因素进行分析,最后还试探讨加快广东服务业利用外资的对策。

Guangdong is the first big province of Chinese introduction of foreign capital; its economic development pattern is deeply affected by afflux of foreign capital. The paper analyzes the development of FDI of service trade in Guangdong, and the characteristics before and after WTO, and analyzes the factors affecting foreign capital, finally also tries to discuss the countermeasures accelerate the use of foreign capital of service trade in Guangdong.
