摘要
高技能人才是人才队伍的重要组成部分,加强高技能人才队伍建设,是实施人才强国战略的重要内容。随着国家经济建设对高素质劳动者的需求日益强劲,高技能人才队伍建设受到了社会各界的广泛关注,当前和今后一个时期,我国需要加快培养一大批数量充足、结构合理、素质优良的技术技能型、复合技能型和知识技能型高技能人才,建立培养体系完善、评价和使用机制科学、激励和保障措施健全的高技能人才工作新机制。
High-skilled talent is important component of talent groups and excellent delegates of advanced productivity in our country. Strengthening high-skilled talent groups construction is an important content of the great-power stratagem through talents. Along with our country' s economy development, the demands for high-diathesis labors are become stronger, more and more people in the society focus on high-skilled talent construction, so skilled laborer and high-skilled talent group construction have obtained positive progresses in our country. But as a whole high- skilled talent' s gross, structure and diathesis can't adapt the economy and society' demands. Therefore, we should Wain large numbers of technology-skilled, multi-skiUed and knowledge-skilled types of high-skilled talent which possess of adequate number, reasonable structure and excellent diathesis quickly, and establish new high-skilled talent employment mechanism of perfect training system, scientific appraising and employing mechanism, right inspiriting and guaranteeing measure currently and in future.
