摘要
目的:探讨CGRP对海马神经元坏死的影响。方法:用RIA法测定脑损伤大鼠血浆及海马匀浆中CGRP含量变化。结果:脑损伤组血浆及海马匀浆中CGRP水平在伤后6h明显高于对照组,而在伤后30min、24h及72h组明显低于对照组,血浆及海马CGRP水平变化与病程有关,且二者具有显著相关性。结论:脑损伤后海马缺血及迟发性神经元坏死与血浆、海马CGRP水平下降有关,动态测定血浆CGRP水平可作为脑损伤后病情发生、发展的评价指标。
Objective:To study the effects of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) on causing death of hippocampal neuron.Methods:The levels of CGRP in the plasma and hippocampus of rats after brain trauma were determined by RIA.Results:The levels of CGRP in the plasma and hippocampus of rats with brain trauma were significantly higher than those of control group at 6 h and significantly lower than those of control group at 30 min,24 h and 72 h.The changes of levels of CGRP in the plasma were correlated with hippocampus.The levels of CGRP in plasma and hippocampus were correlated with the course of disease.Conclusions:The lessening of CGRP after brain trauma might be an important reason causing ischemia and death of hippocampal neuron,and the observation of CGRP in plasma could be used as an criterion of occurrence and development of brain injury.
