摘要
利用红外显微镜与扫描电镜-X光电子能谱仪相结合,对交通肇事案件中微量油漆物证进行同性鉴定.根据红外光谱特征对常见的车用油漆分类建库,研究了交通肇事案件中微量油漆物证进行种类分析和同一鉴定的实际应用方法.本方法为同性鉴定,所需样品量少,无需样品前处理,制样方便,能够满足微量油漆物证快速鉴定的需要.
The trace paint evidences in traffic accidents are identified by IR microscope and scanning electron eicroscope/energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (SEM/EDS). The infrared spectrum characteristic peaks of all kinds of vehicle paints in markets were analyzed,and the practical identification method of the trace paint evidences in traffic accidents was studied. The method is convenient and fast with the characteristic of nondestructive analysis,and the sample can be analyzed without pretreatment and the amount of sample needs a little. The method can meet the need of the trace paint evidences in traffic accidents rapid identification,and the experiment result can provide a scientific basis for case.
