摘要
本文旨在开发常温下的新型磷矿捕收剂,通过对普通脂肪酸进行改性,并进行浮选试验以及产品的化学分析,结果表明11#油捕收剂具有较好的耐低温性能,在15℃的开路试验中,得到精矿品位P2O534.95%,回收率71.04%的良好效果,不加温对磷矿石的浮选效果与加温浮选效果相近.此试验表明增大脂肪酸的不饱和性,有利于其低温浮选中捕收性能的提高,提升企业经济效益.
This essay aims to explore a new phosphorus collector through a modification to fatty acid at the normal temperature, so experiments were carried out on these collectors. The result shows that 11# oil has a good effect on the phosphorus ore in the low temperature and exhibit a good performance as well as in the higher temperature. In the opened circuit experiment based on this at 15 ℃, a concentrate with a P2O5 grade of 34.95% and recovery of 71.04% were obtained. This experiment reflects it's useful to increase the unsaturated value of the fatty acid for improving its collecting. This is meaningful to improve the benefits of the factories.
