A method of investment decision based on improved intervals TOPSIS

提出了一种改进的区间数TOPSIS工程项目投资评价方法,利用区间数描述不确定的信息,使得能够处理模糊的决策信息,并综合考虑了各指标间的关系.较好解决了由于专家偏好等因素造成的分值矛盾性和不确定性;并通过引进辅助点处理特殊情况的TOPSIS排序存在不合理的问题,扩大了TOPSIS方法的应用范围.对一个水泥厂生产投资方案综合评价的结果也表明该方法的正确性.

A method of project investment decision based on improved intervals TOPSIS was proposed.The method can deal with uncertain decision information so as to overcome the fuzziness resulted from the subjective judgment and preference of experts, meanwhile considering the complex relationship among all indexes comprehensively, meanwhile, it overcomes the irrational order results with TOPSIS in special case by an accessorial point, hence extend the application of TOPSIS. An experhnent with a cement project investment has been implemented, and the result validates our approach.
