摘要
大学生打工过程中合法劳动权利被侵害的现象越来越普遍,遇到的法律问题越来越多,使他们成为一个亟需法律保护的群体。既指出了勤工俭学中大学生与用人单位双方的法律关系在本质上是一种劳动关系,也为进一步规范、优化和完善大学生打工市场提出了参考性建议。
It has become common that undergraduates are involved with more legal problems and their labor fights are violated when working part-time, which reveals that they need legal protection. The article points out that the legal relation between undergraduates and employer is a labor relation in nature, and puts forward suggestions for standardizing and upholding markets for college students.
